The management and maintenance team at this apartment community are what make living here so special. They really do a good job with clear community communication, are so timely in addressing concerns and repair requests as well as continuously offering events and activities for residents. They have clear rules about amenity use like the pool, shared activity rooms – and they are very good at positively enforcing adherence to the community rules so everyone can enjoy living here.
The property is always kept so clean in the common spaces and around the exterior. They work so hard.
And the residents are also great, everyone always seems so polite and considerate. I have been so impressed with apartment living! If you can get a unit near the top floors, the views are wonderful.
Though the parking is not connected to the building, I still feel my car is secured with the controlled access.

Harrison Tower is a mostly quiet community ( occasional dog-barking aside). Luckily the concrete walls block most of the other sounds. The leasing office helped with the few issues that needed fixing at the beginning of move-in. The 2-Mikes maintenance crew were a blast to talk to and super-helpful with helping me in my new home. I am just getting started with exploring and learning about the city. Off to a good start and an exciting new beginning!

Harrison Tower is a great place to live with an amazing leasing staff who are attentive and kind. Cassie made my move in easy and continues to be there for me whether it is regarding maintenance, parking or just general questions. Scott has been awesome backup on Cassie’s weekends and Tina and her maintenance crew are super speedy and thorough. Richard replaced my garbage disposal on sunday. highly recommend living in harrison tower.

It’s a great big tower with lots of stuff. I was there to take the GMAT. I did pretty decent for what it’s worth.

Great location, renovated property, pest-free and safe relative to downtown Portland. Great apartments with maintenance teams that respond within 2-3 days. Everything is streamlined, and having a gated parking lot is nice, too. I feel safe and at home here.
There are lots of friendly dogs around, and plenty of space for myself when taking a walk. The fountain park would be nice once they start running water in it again.. it’s a bit bleak right now. I like the large windows that make the apartment feel more spacious. Water pressure & temperature is great.
10/10 would recommend.

I’ve lived at the Linc almost 3 years, its been one of my best apartment living experiences so far.

I moved in a little over a month ago and I have been absolutely loving this place. Right from the beginning the leasing staff was awesome! Ashley listened to everything I wanted and picked an apartment for me that met all my needs. (And while Ashley leads the pack in awesomeness, every person I’ve talked to in the leasing office has been great.) The building is clean and quiet. The maintainance people have been speedy when I have asked for anything, And I am really enjoying living here. It is also just one block from the river which is amazing!
I will say I was a bit nervous because of some of the not so positive reviews but I think most of this is just because there are two buildings. LInc 301 is the older and less expensive one. Linc 245 is newer. Seems like any issues people have are with the older building as I see a lot of residents in 245 that have moved over from 301 and love it here. Definitely check it out!

almost 5 years here since I called this place home , Ownership changed to security propriety , but the fact stand still outstanding management with people in office really care about how to solve any issues , Maintenance is done in the same day , I can proudly say , you wont regret living here , now the sad news , if you work from home Multnomah county passed new income tax where kicks in voluntary with hold on 2021 and mandatory on 2022 , which is pushing some in my boat to move in 2022 to other parts in Oregon or Washington that fits them since You cant afford to own anymore in Oregon no matter how much money you make
so be aware of such tax bracts in certain counties
Thank you all Ardea family for taking care of us ! .
been here for 16 month , been a wonderful experience , the management have stepped up their game , higher floors are expensive

Meta was so kind and so incredibly helpful with my move from Denver to Portland. She had everything ready to go when I arrived and was helpful every step of the way! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I love my apartment!

Nothing but great things to say about this complex and the leasing office. The units are well maintained and if we have an issue in our unit, maintenance is quick to respond. Some things like the elevators or garage gate have gone down but management is quick to action and always keeps the tennents updated on the progress. We love living here. Shout out to Meta for making our move in process super easy and for always helping with questions.

I worked with Joe Beehler at Colliers International on a transaction in which his client was purchasing a property I had listed for sale. From the time we agreed to a price to the end of the contingency period was 53 days, during which I accommodated all site inspections, provided transparent financial information on the property and encouraged a timely review period. Joe and his client drug out the process and within mere hours of the end of the contingency period Joe and his client cancelled the transaction. My best guess is that my property was a backup property for his client who was doing a 1031 exchange. I would expect more consideration and respect from a company that brands itself as a leading global real estate firm focused on integrity, ethics and empathy.

In 2 words: stay away. I started in one of their residence (SOFI Cedar Mill) for a year and it has been nothing short of a huge disappointment and troubles, quite the opposite picture than what their lousy sales person had mentioned before we signed our lease. Let me explain a few of the issues we’ve had:
1. Any questions we asked before signing (basic questions one would ask before signing a 14 months lease) were not clearly answered and when asking for clarity, the feedback was “there’s a lot of people interested in the flat, if you do not sign, it’s ok” including a scene in front of another person that had just seen the apartment before we signed. Not speaking English very well (had just moved here from abroad) I was in shocked and felt discriminated. In other words, we got rushed to signed the lease and I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. (That person no longer works at SOFI, it seems)
2. After signing the lease, that same person wouldn’t let us report anything wrong with the apartment in writing, saying things like (pointing at stains on the wall or carpet) “oh this is OK, no big deal, no need to report, the carpet is changed after you move out anyway”. Which turned out to be a critical mistake for us, and made us understand why they did this at move out. (See below)
3. Our new house was finished ahead of schedule, so we had to move out 2 months before the end of the 14 months lease. On top of paying the 1.5 rent as a penalty (as expected per lease) here’s how the move out process went: they would not accept a move out inspection so we could make sure everything was left like when we moved in supposedly due to COVID-19 (even though their office was still open… sketchy) and provided with unclear move out instructions. We left the apartment in even better condition than it was found, but because we could not report little issues when moved in (#1 above). They came back with photos of things damaged for years, charged us with an enhanced carpet cleaning (even though it was supposed to be replaced as per #1) as well as apartment cleaning. After I showed photos I took after inspection, they back tracked and said the apartment was clean but the cleaning fee was a “sanitization fee” (not mentioned anywhere in the lease, or the Oregon law). When I read this I threatened to sue them in small court claims and they then back-tracked their offer to refund part of the cleaning fee.
All of the other reviews mentioning noise issues (a real and painful issue there) as well as plenty of appliances issue, poorly repaired are all true. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this residence, any of SOFI’s residences or Cushman & Wakefield properties. I will now move forward with court and report them to the Better Business Bureau. Onward.

I have no clue what this company does. My issue is with their employees driving. I was on 26 and a person in a company branded pickup truck was very aggressive. He got right on my backside to force me over. Once I moved, he did the same to the next person and so on.
If they didn’t move over, he went around them aggressively only to slam on his brakes each and every time. He even tried to cut around the emergency strip next to the fast lane.
Again, I have no idea what this company does but my guess it isn’t that important to risk the safety of those around you. He does know the name of the company is on the doors, right? There was no identifying marks or phone number to call so this was my only recourse. Hopefully they can figure out who was on 26 around 10am on 7/29

I sold an apartment complex expertly managed by Norris & Stevens over ten years ago. Since then they have sent me 18 checks (most recent in August 2021) reflecting their ability to collect past due tenant obligations. I appreciate their dedication to client service.

They put a sign up on their client’s property, so I call five times to lease it, but the incompetent broker named Greg can’t even return my calls. I wonder if the owner of this building knows it would have been leased if they didn’t have a very unresponsive company fronting for them. I have a new slogan for you based on my experience. “when you see a Norris & Stevens sign, don’t waste your time”.
