Great staff, always quick and kind.

I come to this office almost every day for work, and the staff are always helpful and professional, especially Robert and Ana. Occasionally there are customers who slow the line down, but in general if you’re not trying to return a package from your friend in Singapore that just changed addresses, things go quickly here in my experience. I never spend more than 5 minutes in line on a usual day, even with only 1 person at the counter.

I dropped off some prelabeled packages today there was a very small line they had several people working. I was in and out very quickly. They must have on extra staff normally this time of year they are very very busy or maybe I just got lucky. The lady at the drop off counter was extremely helpful and friendly.

I love the post office! Everyone there is so nice and helpful. If you need to drop off a package that already has postage, you don’t even have to wait in line. There’s a self-serve machine and plenty of boxes, customs slips, and labels. Plus, all of the pens work!! 10/10 USPS forever

The clerk was so helpful today. He encouraged me to get a somewhat smaller box and by doing that I was able to save $30 in postage. What great service! Thank you.

This drop off location is temporarily closed until August due to construction. No signage, walked in and crew there told me the news.

Person behind the counter was very rude for no other reason than that’s how they wanted to act. All I was doing was dropping off a package that was already paid for and labeled. Not a chore by any means.

It had been so long since I last stepped foot in a post office and my nerves were shot so bad I was fumbling everything. The lady working at the front was so patient and sweet I was in a better mood when I left.
